Here are the deets about me & how i got here:

In my first week as a baby lawyer at a prestigious law firm, I discovered what seemed like a fatal flaw: my brain wouldn't solve legal problems without seeing their full context. What I didn't know then was that my undiagnosed ADHD meant my brain processed information differently.

While other lawyers could dive into isolated issues, I struggled without understanding how legal decisions would ripple through the entire business ecosystem. This cognitive difference felt incompatible with law firm life, where clients share only need-to-know information.

Everything changed when I moved in-house at an electric vehicle startup. Suddenly, I could see how legal strategy actually works inside successful businesses. I sat in executive meetings, collaborated with engineering teams, and witnessed how legal decisions cascaded through operations.

What I had perceived as a defect was actually my brain's superpower. My need for context and connections allowed me to craft more effective, holistic solutions when given the full picture.

This revelation transformed how I approached legal work with small businesses. I realized entrepreneurs don't struggle with legal decisions because they lack intelligence.
